- 1 small can mushrooms (save liquid)
- 6 oz. pkg. frozen crabmeat
- 1/2 c. saltines (coarse)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- approximately 2 lb. flounder
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- milk
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 4 oz. shredded cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Cook onion in 1/4 cup butter until tender.

3Stir in mushrooms, crabmeat, crackers and parsley. Spread over fish and roll with seam side down.
