- 5 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Combine all ingredients and mix with mixer until well mixed and mostly smooth.

3Put in foil lined cupcake tins (fill 1/2 way).

4Bake for 45 minutes.

5While baking, combine 8 ounces sour cream, 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

6Remove cupcakes when done and allow to sit out on counter in pan about 5 minutes or until center sinks.

7Put a teaspoonful of sour cream mixture on top of each cupcake.

8Return to oven.

9Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

10Remove from pan.

11Top with cherry pie filling.

12Store in refrigerator.

13Tastes better the 2nd day.
