Stuffed French Bread

Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 c. cubed turkey meat
- 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. drained and sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 Tbsp. onion salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Slice French bread in half lengthwise; core out bread, making 2 nice shells and set shells aside.

3Tear cored out bread into small pieces and place in a large bowl.

4Add all remaining ingredients.

5Mix well and stuff back into the two shells.

6Place on ungreased cookie sheet, stuffing side up.

7Bake about 45 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

8Cut into slices and serve.
