- 8 slices bacon
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 36 large mushrooms
Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine.

2Fry bacon crisp. Saute stems and onion in bacon drippings.

3Drain off most of the grease.

4In a bowl, mix bacon and all other ingredients except butter.

5Stuff this mixture into caps; pour butter over top and sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
