- 4 green peppers
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 small egg
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. tomato soup
Directions

1Wash and clean peppers.

2Combine remaining ingredients except tomato soup and mix thoroughly.

3Fill pepper shells lightly with meat mixture.

4Place on rack in cooker; add soup.

5Pressure cook at 15 pounds pressure for 10 minutes.

6Reduce pressure.
