- 1 1/2 lb. fresh haddock
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 lemon
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Rinse haddock fillet; pat dry.

3Make a slice down fillet for stuffing.

4Microwave spinach to defrost. Squeeze out excess water.

5Brown garlic and butter in saucepan. Add spinach and cream cheese; mix well.

6Place haddock fillet in 13 x 9-inch pan.

7Squeeze lemon over fillet.

8Spoon spinach mixture over fillet.

9Bake in a preheated oven 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

10Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon.
