  • 1 large hog maw
  • 3 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 lb. hot turkey sausage
  • 1 lb. turkey sausage (not hot)
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 5 large potatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Clean the stomach and remove membranes.

    Mix potatoes, onion, celery, cabbage, sausage and seasonings.

    Stuff the stomach as tightly as you can and sew up.
  4. 4
    Bake in large roaster with cover on at 325° for 3 hours.

    Brown, uncovered, for last 10 minutes.

    Gravy may be made and served with it.
