- 1 large hog maw
- 3 lb. pork sausage
- 1 lb. hot turkey sausage
- 1 lb. turkey sausage (not hot)
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 5 large potatoes, diced
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Clean the stomach and remove membranes.

2Mix potatoes, onion, celery, cabbage, sausage and seasonings.

3Stuff the stomach as tightly as you can and sew up.

4Bake in large roaster with cover on at 325° for 3 hours.

5Brown, uncovered, for last 10 minutes.

6Gravy may be made and served with it.
