- 1 lb. hog maws
- 4 large potatoes, cut in cubes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can diced carrots
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Combine potatoes, sausage, onion, carrots and salt.

2Stuff in cleaned hog maw.

3Close opening with toothpicks.

4Put in roasting pan with the water.

5Cover and bake at 300° for 3 hours.

6Uncover the last 30 minutes.
