Stuffed Hot Dogs

   Prepare instant mashed potatoes by instructions on box.

   Boil hot dogs.

   Cut each open and place on a cookie sheet.

   Fill with mashed potatoes.

   Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

   Fold American cheese from corner to corner.

   Place half a slice on each hot dog. Bake at 325° until cheese begins to melt.
