- 1 qt. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 bags sauerkraut
- 1 qt. vinegar
Directions

1Clean hot peppers and take out seeds.

2Stuff with sauerkraut. Cook sugar, vinegar and mustard seed until it comes to a boil. Pour over hot peppers that are packed in jars.

3Cold pack for 20 minutes.
