Stuffed Jalapenos

  • 1 can jalapeno peppers (whole)
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. finely grated Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Directions

    Drain whole peppers.

    Slice in half, removing seeds and inner membrane.

    Mix cream cheese, onion, garlic and cheese together in a small bowl.

    When completely mixed, spoon mixture (stuff) into jalapeno halves.

    Place in shallow pan and broil until cheese just starts to melt.

    Serve warm or put in refrigerator and serve cold. These are hot!
