- 1 can jalapeno peppers (whole)
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. finely grated Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Directions

1Drain whole peppers.

2Slice in half, removing seeds and inner membrane.

3Mix cream cheese, onion, garlic and cheese together in a small bowl.

4When completely mixed, spoon mixture (stuff) into jalapeno halves.

5Place in shallow pan and broil until cheese just starts to melt.

6Serve warm or put in refrigerator and serve cold. These are hot!
