- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. pork Shake 'n Bake
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/8 lb. Monterey Jack
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 c. jalapeno peppers
Directions

1Remove stems and seeds from peppers.

2Stuff with finely grated Monterey Jack cheese.

3Make dough with Cheddar, Bisquick and sausage (works best if you use your hands to make dough stick together).

4Pinch dough to wrap each stuffed pepper.

5Roll in the Shake 'n Bake and place on cookie sheet.

6Put in refrigerator for a few hours.

7Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

8Makes 24 servings.
