Stuffed Jalapenos

  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pkg. pork Shake 'n Bake
  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/8 lb. Monterey Jack
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 c. jalapeno peppers

Directions

    Remove stems and seeds from peppers.

    Stuff with finely grated Monterey Jack cheese.

    Make dough with Cheddar, Bisquick and sausage (works best if you use your hands to make dough stick together).

    Pinch dough to wrap each stuffed pepper.

    Roll in the Shake 'n Bake and place on cookie sheet.

    Put in refrigerator for a few hours.

    Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
