  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 oz. Bleu cheese or Roquefort cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, grated

    Hollow out center of lettuce, leaving at least a 1-inch shell. Beat cheeses and milk until smooth.
