Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- garlic
- italian seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- 12 lb ground turkey
- 12 lb mild breakfast sausage
- 0.5 (10 7/8 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 0.5 (14 1/2 ounce) can rotel, drained
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Cut loaf in half lengthwise.

3Pull out soft centers of bread and set aside.

4Saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic.

5Season to taste.

6Add turkey and sausage and cook through.

7Add mushroom soup, rotel, sugar, bread centers, and velveeta.

8Stir until cheese is melted.

9Place mixture in bottom half of bread.

10Place top of bread over mixture.

11Wrap loaf in aluminum foil.

12Bake for 15-20 minutes.
