  • 2 (20 ounce) cans lychees
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 1 dash salt
  • 3 tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
