- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3 links Italian sausage
- 3 pods garlic
- 1 large onion
- 1 small bell pepper
- fresh or dried basil
- 1 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Romano cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 lb. box manicotti
- Italian red gravy (I use my own homemade Italian gravy but you can use Ragu red sauce in a jar)
Directions

1Chop all seasoning.

2Remove sausage from casing and combine with beef.

3Brown well in skillet.

4Add chopped seasoning.

5Saute. Remove from heat.

6Add Romano cheese.

7Let cool.

8Cook manicotti according to directions.

9Add 3 raw eggs to the cooked meat.

10Add Italian breadcrumbs.

11Mix, then stuff manicotti.

12Arrange in a baking dish.

13Add your favorite Italian red gravy.

14Sprinkle with Romano cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

15Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
