- 250 g ground chicken
- 8 -10 large green chilies
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 14 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 12 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
Directions

1Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a pan.

2Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes or until the raw smell is gone.

3Fold in the chicken mince.

4Add all the spices.

5Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

6Then, slit and de-seed the green chillies.

7Fill the same with the above prepared mixture.

8Now, shallow fry these in oil in a pan on low heat.

9Switch off the gas and allow to cook in steam(cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes).

10Serve hot with bread or rotis or parathas.
