  • 250 g ground chicken
  • 8 -10 large green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 14 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 12 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

    Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a pan.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes or until the raw smell is gone.

    Fold in the chicken mince.

    Add all the spices.

    Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

    Then, slit and de-seed the green chillies.

    Fill the same with the above prepared mixture.

    Now, shallow fry these in oil in a pan on low heat.

    Switch off the gas and allow to cook in steam(cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes).

    Serve hot with bread or rotis or parathas.
