- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 6 1/2 oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1 c. celery, finely chopped
- 4 Tbsp. cold water
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Heat soup over low heat.

2Remove.

3Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to soup, stirring well.

4Add remaining 5 ingredients and mix well.

5Spoon into oiled 4 to 5-cup mold and chill until firm.

6Unmold and serve with assorted crackers.
