- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onions or scallions
Directions

1Remove mushroom stems and chop.

2Combine chopped stems, cheese, margarine and onions.

3Fill mushroom caps with the mixture.

4Broil 2 or 3 minutes or until top of filling is lightly brown.
