- 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. toasted chopped walnuts
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Remove stems, chop and set aside.

2Brush outside of caps with some of the butter; place caps in a buttered shallow 9-inch baking dish.

3Combine remaining butter, onion and chopped stems in a saucepan; saute 5 minutes.

4Stir in breadcrumbs, walnuts, salt and pepper.

5Stuff mushrooms with mixture and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
