- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs (I use Progresso Italian)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Wash the fresh mushrooms.

2Remove and chop stems.

3Place stems in small bowl with onion and butter.

4Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at High for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, until tender.

5Stir in remaining ingredients.

6Mound in mushroom caps.

7Arrange caps on paper towel lined plate with larger caps to the outside. Microwave 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, until heated, rotating plate once or twice.
