- 2 large baskets fresh whole mushrooms
- 1/2 stick butter
- 6 green onions, finely chopped
- mushroom stems (from whole mushrooms), finely chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 10 slices bacon, fried crisp and broken in small pieces
- 4 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms; wash caps and drain.

2Microwave caps until tender and drain all water.

3Saute chopped onions and mushroom stems in butter until tender; drain and mix with melted cheeses.

4Add sour cream and prepared bacon; salt and pepper to taste.

5Stuff in caps and eat immediately.
