Stuffed Mushrooms

- 12 to 18 large mushrooms with stems
- 1 egg
- 1/2 stick margarine
- bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Carefully remove stems from mushrooms leaving cap in tact. Peel each mushroom and set aside.

2Finely chop the stems.

3Saute stems and onion in margarine about 10 minutes, turn off heat and let cool.

4Stir in egg and bread crumbs until mixture is stiff but not dry.

5Fill each mushroom cap and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
