Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 8 oz. pkg. large fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. shredded cheese of your choice (Cheddar, Swiss)
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems.

    Combine in 1-quart casserole, stems, onion and margarine.

    Microwave on High 2 minutes.

    Stir in bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings; mound in caps.

    Microwave 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.

    Rotate 2 times while cooking. Heat thoroughly.
