  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb. pork sausage
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c. grated Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Cook and crumble sausage, drain.

    Add sausage to other ingredients, adding chopped stems to mixture.

    Mix well.

    Stuff clean mushrooms and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375°.
