Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 2 large packs mushrooms
  • 1 lb. hot pork sausage
  • 1 pkg. fancy shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Remove stems from mushrooms.

    Wash them and pat them dry.

    Cook sausage; crumble it and place on paper towel to drain.

    Add package of Mozzarella cheese to sausage.

    Then in a microwave-safe dish, melt the margarine.

    Add garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.

    Gently coat (not cook) mushrooms with Parmesan cheese mixture and stuff with sausage and Mozzarella cheese mixture.

    Bake or use microwave only long enough to melt cheese mixture.
