Ingredients
- 1 lb. medium sized mushrooms
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Wash mushrooms; remove stems and set aside caps.

2Brown onion and garlic in olive oil.

3Finely chop mushroom stems.

4Add to onion and garlic and brown over low heat.

5Combine onion, stems, egg, bread crumbs, cheese and parsley and mix.

6Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.

7Place mushrooms in baking dish or pan with soy sauce and water on bottom, cover with foil and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

8Uncover and continue baking until golden brown.
