- 2 lb. whole fresh mushrooms
- 8 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced or powder
- 2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Clean mushrooms and pull out stems.

2Place caps open side up in greased baking dish.

3Chop stems and mix with onion and garlic. Add rest of ingredients.

4Place heaping spoonful of mixture in each cap.

5Bake in 400° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until they are tender and tops are brown.
