Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 2 boxes fresh mushrooms
  • 1 lb. pan sausage
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Clean mushrooms and remove stems.

    Chop stems and add to sausage and Cheddar cheese; mix well.

    Roll small amount sausage mixture and place in mushroom caps.
  4. 4
    Place on baking pan and bake at 400° for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
