- 2 lb. mushrooms (large)
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
Directions

1Fry bacon; drain grease.

2Crumble bacon.

3Remove stems from mushrooms.

4Chop stems and fry in skillet.

5Drain.

6Add bread crumbs and cheese.

7Add crumbled bacon; stuff mushroom caps with filling.

8Bake caps at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.

9Serve hot. Optional:

10Add 1/2 pound browned sausage.
