- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. bacon, cooked and chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 t. parsley, finely chopped
- pinch of garlic powder
Directions

1Wash mushrooms and remove stems.

2Drain cups upside down on paper towels.

3Brown sausage and onion, drain fat.

4Mix remaining ingredients, add to meat, onion mixture.

5Stuff caps, broil 3 to 5 minutes about 6 inches from heating unit.
