Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 pkg. whole fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Remove stems from mushrooms.

    Arrange caps on baking sheet. Chop stems and saute with onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix.

    Stuff each mushroom cap with mixture.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
