  • 12 oz. fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb. hot sausage

Directions

    Remove stems from mushrooms and discard.

    Wash mushrooms. Stuff mushrooms with sausage.

    Put in baking pan.

    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350° or until sausage is brown.
