- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 large clove garlic
- 3 Tbsp. shredded jack cheese
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 12 mushrooms (1 1/2 to 2-inch diameter)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped mushroom stems
- paprika
Directions

1Wash mushrooms and remove stems; set aside.

2In a small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.

3Add mushroom stems and fill mushroom caps with mixture.

4Place a paper towel on plate and arrange mushrooms in a circle on plate.

5Microwave on High for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, rotating plate after 1 1/2 minutes.
