  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. shredded jack cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 12 mushrooms (1 1/2 to 2-inch diameter)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped mushroom stems
  • paprika

Directions

    Wash mushrooms and remove stems; set aside.

    In a small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.

    Add mushroom stems and fill mushroom caps with mixture.

    Place a paper towel on plate and arrange mushrooms in a circle on plate.

    Microwave on High for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, rotating plate after 1 1/2 minutes.
