- 1/4 c. diced mushroom stems
- 1 box sausage stuffing (Stove Top)
- 1/4 c. diced onions
- sliced white cheese
- mushrooms (medium to large)
Directions

1Mix stuffing according to box. Brown sausage.

2Saute onions and mushroom stems in some of the sausage drippings.

3Combine together.

4Fill mushroom caps; top with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for approximately 10 minutes.
