  • 1/2 lb. pork sausage
  • 1/4 c. diced mushroom stems
  • 1 box sausage stuffing (Stove Top)
  • 1/4 c. diced onions
  • sliced white cheese
  • mushrooms (medium to large)

Directions

    Mix stuffing according to box. Brown sausage.

    Saute onions and mushroom stems in some of the sausage drippings.

    Combine together.

    Fill mushroom caps; top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 10 minutes.
