- 2 or 3 sections fresh garlic
- 1 pkg. jumbo pasta shells
- oregano
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 egg
- 1 jar red pasta sauce
- 1 pkg. Cheddar and white cheeses, shredded
Directions

1Peel sausages; chop as fine as possible.

2Press garlic.

3Mix and saute until brown; drain.

4Boil pasta shells; drain.

5Thaw, drain and squeeze spinach.

6Beat egg; combine with sausage and spinach.

7Mix with hands.

8Stuff into shells.

9Place in casserole plate.

10Cover with favorite red pasta sauce.

11Sprinkle with oregano (approximately 2 teaspoons).

12Cover with cheeses; bake at 350° until bubbly.
