- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 c. light shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 16 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Mix spinach, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese until well blended.

3Fill each shell with a heaping tablespoon of spinach mixture.

4Place in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish; spoon sauce over shells.

5Cover with foil.

6Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
