Stuffed Pasta Shells

  • 2 c. chopped, cooked ham or turkey
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 1/4 c. chopped red onion
  • 18 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine ham, Ricotta cheese, salad dressing and onion; mix lightly.

    Fill pasta shells with ham mixture.

    Place, filled side up, in shallow baking dish.

    Add 2 tablespoons cold water to dish. Cover with foil.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
