- 6 large bell peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. cooked rice
- bread crumbs (optional)
Directions

1Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.

2Boil in salted water for five minutes and drain.

3Cook beef, onions and garlic in melted butter, stirring, until it crumbles.

4Simmer for ten minutes.

5Add remaining ingredients; cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
