- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 c. sliced rhubarb
- butter
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar, flour and salt.

2Add rhubarb and mix well.

3Arrange in pie shell.

4Dot with butter.

5Top with pastry strips to form a star design.

6Bake in very hot oven (450°) for 15 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 minutes longer.
