- 4 green peppers
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Remove tops and seeds of peppers.

2Parboil in salted water about 5 minutes; drain.

3Brown beef and cook onion in butter until tender; stir in

41/2 can soup and remaining ingredients.

5Spoon meat mixture into peppers.

6Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

7Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

8Heat remaining soup; pour over peppers before serving.
