- 4 to 5 green peppers with tops and seeds removed
- 1 lb. hamburger (not cooked)
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 2 c. cooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small onion, diced
Directions

1Mix hamburger, onion, rice, catsup and chili sauce.

2Mix well and put into green peppers.

3Place in dish.

4Add more catsup over top.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until hamburger is brown and pepper is tender.

6Salt and pepper.
