  • 4 to 5 green peppers with tops and seeds removed
  • 1 lb. hamburger (not cooked)
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. chili sauce
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion, diced

Directions

    Mix hamburger, onion, rice, catsup and chili sauce.

    Mix well and put into green peppers.

    Place in dish.

    Add more catsup over top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until hamburger is brown and pepper is tender.

    Salt and pepper.
