- 6 medium-sized bell peppers
- 2 lb. ground beef (I prefer ground round)
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 Tbsp. finely diced onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 qt. spaghetti sauce (homemade or store-bought)
Directions

1Cut out tops of bell peppers.

2Wash peppers.

3Set aside to drain.

4Mix ground beef, eggs, stuffing, rice, onion and salt together thoroughly.

5Fill peppers with ground beef mixture. Place peppers in pan.

6Pour spaghetti sauce over peppers.

7Cook slowly for 6 to 8 hours.

8I cook mine in a slow cooker.
