Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. washed rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 6 peppers
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

Directions

    Mix well together and add to cleaned pepper shells.

    Place in a shallow baking pan.

    Add 1/4 cup water and pour catsup over the peppers and bake in oven at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
