  • 6 green peppers
  • 1/2 lb. ground cooked pork
  • 1/2 lb. ground cooked ham
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. tomato juice

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix thoroughly pork, ham, onions and Rice Krispies.

    Add; stir and combine salt, pepper and tomato juice.

    Clean peppers; boil peppers 5 minutes in salt water. Drain.

    Fill peppers with meat mixture in greased muffin-pan cups. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
