- 6 green peppers
- 1/2 lb. ground cooked pork
- 1/2 lb. ground cooked ham
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/4 c. tomato juice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix thoroughly pork, ham, onions and Rice Krispies.

3Add; stir and combine salt, pepper and tomato juice.

4Clean peppers; boil peppers 5 minutes in salt water. Drain.

5Fill peppers with meat mixture in greased muffin-pan cups. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
