  • 10 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 5 ounces Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Shallots, diced
  • 1/2 cup Port Wine
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Egg, for egg wash
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
