  • 2 large leaves of green collard
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 small cucumber, julienne cut
  • 2 tablespoons hummus

Directions

    Remove the stem from the leaves. Arrange them on a board, spread 1 tbsp of hummus on each and arrange the veggies on top. Wrap them like a burrito and done!
