- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 3 c. rice
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 4 green peppers
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Leave green peppers whole and boil for 10 minutes.

2Brown your hamburger and onions.

3Boil your rice; drain your hamburger and onions.

4Mix in with your cooked rice after drained.

5Mix the tomato sauce in with the rice.

6Use a large deep dish pan.

7Put about half inch of water in the pan.

8Put all the stuff in peppers; then set the pepper in pan.

9Cover with tinfoil and bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
