- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

2Cut thin slice from stem end of each pepper.

3Remove seeds and membranes.

5Cook peppers in enough boiling water to cover for 5 minutes.
