- 4 green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. cooked rice (about 2/3 c. uncooked)
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
Directions

1Cut peppers in half lengthwise.

2Remove seeds and wash. Combine beef, cooked rice, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.

3Pile lightly into pepper halves and place into baking dish.

4Pour tomato sauce on top of each pepper.
